Ailerons look just like elevators, but make the plane bank or roll. An aileron in the right wing of a plane will make it bank (and turn) left, while an aileron in the left wing makes it bank (and turn) right.

You make the ailerons at the back of the wing, out at the ends of the wings: AILERONS Bend part of the back edge of the wing upwards with your thumb, near the edge of the wing, not the middle.
