First of all you need to find a plan of how to make and fold a paper plane. There are plenty of designs on the intranet, on the internet, and in books. Look for one that is going to be possible for you to follow the instructions for, not one that is too complicated. You may need to try out quite a few different types before you settle on the one that you can make and fly the best.
